Peanut Butter Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    48 Hershey's Kisses (9 oz. bag)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Have cookie sheets ready.
    Stir peanut butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl until blended (it will be sticky).
    With floured hands, roll level measuring tablespoonfuls into 1 1/4-inch balls.
    Place 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until cookies look dry and tops crackled.
    Remove from oven and immediately press a kiss in center of each.
    Cool on cookie sheet 1 to 2 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool.
    Store airtight in one layer up to 3 weeks.
