Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small raw potatoes
    2 c. low-salt chicken broth
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
    1/2 tsp. butter flavor
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 c. green beans or peas
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks.
    Simmer potatoes, chicken broth, onion, pepper and butter flavor until potatoes are tender.
    Take out 1/2 to 1 cup and blenderize.
    Add flour which has been mixed in 1/4 cup cold skim milk to the blended portion. Return to rest of mixture.
    Add green beans or peas; simmer for 10 minutes.
