Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cubed and skinned
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry wine
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place cooking oil in pan and lightly brown chicken.
    Add water, wine, broccoli and cream of chicken soup.
    Bring to a full boil. Separate broccoli pieces as it cooks; stir in rice.
    Cook; cover until chicken is tender and remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
