Zesty Sub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
soft butter
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 to 5 crisp lettuce leaves
1/2 lb. sliced salami
2 tomatoes, sliced
salt and pepper
4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Cut bread in half.
Spread half with butter.
Stir together vinegar, oil and garlic salt.
Dip lettuce leaves into mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer remaining ingredients on tomato slices.
Place top half of bread on filling.
Secure with toothpicks.
Makes 6 servings.
