Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 (17 oz.) cans red beans
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, diced fine
    1 green pepper, diced fine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add vinegar, water and mustard.
    Bring to a boil and cool.
    Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit several hours before serving.
