Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and salt to taste.
    Crush crackers and spread on top, then pour melted butter on and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
