Veggie Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrot, thinly sliced
    6 green onions
    6 stalks fresh asparagus
    dash of flour
    soy sauce
    cooking wine
    4 to 5 pieces beef, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Boil
    asparagus and carrots until tender.
    Add salt and pepper to
    beef
    and
    roll
    in flour.
    Roll all vegetables up inside the slice
    of
    beef.
    Fry in oil, rolling in pan until brown on
    all sides.
    Cut roll-ups in half and serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Mix soy sauce and cooking wine together.
    Pour on roll-ups and serve.
