Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can condensed milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Caramelize sugar at bottom of pan; set aside and let harden. Beat all above ingredients well in a blender or mixer.
    Pour in caramelized pan; set this pan in a pan of water to bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool; run knife around edge of pan; invert on a plate.
