Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
Preparation

Combine cranberries, sugar and water in medium acid-resistant saucepan.
Bring to very slow simmer over medium heat.
Stir only to mix; avoid mashing the fruit.
Allow to cook about 30 minutes. Fruit will be very tender.
Add the mangoes, vanilla and Grand Marnier (or Triple Sec).
Return to simmer a few minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Keep refrigerated.
