Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All and empty into mixing bowl.
    Chop celery, onions and chestnuts and add Veg-All.
    Grate cheese and add to mixture along with the mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
