Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. grated cheese
1 c. or more crumbled cheese crackers
Preparation

Put vegetables in casserole dish.
Sprinkle chopped onion on top.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over onion and vegetables. Top with grated cheese.
Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
