Confetti Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
lettuce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons syrup.
Toss pineapple, ham, cheese and oranges.
Place in lettuce-lined bowl. Chill.
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and reserved syrup. Serve as dressing with salad.
Makes 4 servings.
