Butterscotch Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. quick oats
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; add margarine and vanilla.
    Blend and spread in greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes; cut in squares while warm and loosen edges.
    Cool thoroughly and serve.
