Chili Con Carne(As Gwen Makes It) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 large can red kidney beans (40 oz.)
1 small can red kidney beans (15 oz.)
2 qt. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown 3 pounds lean ground beef and drain off grease.
Add onion and cook until transparent.
Salt and pepper to taste. Place in large pan and add red kidney beans and canned tomatoes. Add paprika and chili powder.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Keeps well.
Also, you may freeze for another time.
