Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. celery
16 oz. chopped canned tomatoes
8 oz. tomato puree
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and celery; drain.
Add tomatoes and puree.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Boil spaghetti and drain.
Use same pan to melt butter.
Add Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs and spaghetti to make crust.
Put spaghetti mixture in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
Then add cottage cheese layer.
Put meat mixture on top of cottage cheese layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Put grated Mozzarella on top and bake another 5 minutes.
