Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. browned hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Greek peppers or more, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, egg and milk together; add creamed corn. Grease bottom of casserole dish; pour half of corn meal batter into dish.
    Layer meat, peppers, onion and cheese on top of corn meal mix in casserole dish.
    Top with remaining corn meal mix and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until brown.
