Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    2 qt. whole milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Heat milk in double boiler to 180\u00b0.
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour to make a roux.
    Add to milk, stirring until dissolved.
    Milk should begin to thicken. Add cheese; stir until melted entirely.
    Combine elbows and cheese sauce in baking pan.
    Mix margarine with bread crumbs; sprinkle over macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
