Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow or zucchini squash, cooked and drained
    1 small onion (sauteed in 3 Tbsp. oleo)
    3 slices toasted bread, crumbled
    1/3 small can green chiles
    1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in baking dish, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
