Margaret'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together twice. Add eggs to sugar mixture, one at a time.
    Add flour to mixture, then carrots and mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 3 layers.
