Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 can tomatoes
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, diced
1 tsp. sugar
2 slices fatback
Preparation

Fry onion and fatback until limp.
Then add potatoes and fry until browned, stirring often.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice and grits.
