Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    9 oz. carton Cool Whip
    2 oz. Baker's liquid chocolate
    3 Tbsp. soft margarine
    2 Tbsp. Karo syrup
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat well and pour over top of grahams.
    Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
    Serves 12.
