Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. (1 can) canned pumpkin
3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix oil, eggs, water and pumpkin together, set aside.
Grease and flour 1 Bundt pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to liquid; mix well.
Add nuts and raiains.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, keep checking.
