Vallicelli'S Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
olive oil or vegetable oil
1 green pepper, sliced
1 large jar Healthy Choice traditional pasta sauce
Preparation

Cut breasts into serving size portions.
Dredge in flour and brown in oil on both sides.
Drain any left over oil from pan. Pour pasta sauce over chicken pieces and add 1/2 cup water.
Add green pepper strips.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve with any type of hot pasta noodles.
