Double Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled, sliced baking apples (2 lb.)
    2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    2 (9-inch) pastry shells
    2 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place sliced apples in large bowl. Sprinkle flour over apples and stir until coated.
    In saucepan, combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
    Place over medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.
    Pour juice mixture over apples and mix.
    Spoon apples into pie crust.
    Place second crust on top, seal edges. Cut slits in top to vent.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then lower heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
