Hot Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in milk and shortening; mix until smooth.
    Fold in nuts and spread in pan.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa, mixed.
    Pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over the entire batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Invert squares on plates; dip sauce from pan over each.
