Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put 2 ounces of grated cheese in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Pour in cooked sausage.
    Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper; pour over sausage.
    Put remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
