No Crust Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. flour
cinnamon for top

Preparation

Beat all ingredients well except flour.
Blend in flour last of all (very important).
Blend it slowly, 1 tablespoon at a time. Flour and grease a 10-inch pan, then bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
