Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked in salt water until done
6 tsp. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, sliced thin
1 green pepper, diced or sliced
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. corn oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Drain carrots after cooking.
Mix all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold.
