Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts and apples; mix.
Now, add eggs, oil and vanilla; mix.
Pour into a greased and floured pan (11 x 14-inch sheet) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. May be baked in a smaller pan for a more cake-like texture.
