Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole stewing chicken
4 medium potatoes, diced
4 medium carrots, diced or sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 (8 oz.) box frozen peas
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken into small cubes or chunks.
Cook all remaining ingredients; add chicken.
Mix a water and flour thickening and add to vegetable and chicken until thickness you like.
Pour into loaf cake pan and top with biscuits.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until biscuits are brown.
Can use canned biscuits, Bisquick mix, etc. for the biscuits.
