Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. each: oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix or fold gently.
Pour in buttered and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
If you like, add 1 cup Mozzarella to the mixture.
