Mystery Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt in a small mixing bowl until thick and creamy.
    Set aside.
