Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter, softened
    1/3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except dressing and butter, and place in buttered casserole.
    Top with Pepperidge Farm herb dressing.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
