Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 small (3 oz.) box orange jello
1 c. hot water
1 small can crushed, undrained pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
toasted pecans for garnish
Preparation

Dissolve jello with hot water.
Add pineapple and oranges. Mix and place in refrigerator until cools and just starts to thicken.
Blend in the sour cream and top with toasted pecans. Return to refrigerator and allow to congeal.
