Danish Red Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 c. water
    1 qt. cherries (bottled)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add tapioca, cinnamon and sugar.
    Cook about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until tapioca is clear. Remove from heat.
    Add cherries and juice; mix well.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Add a few drops of red food coloring.
    May serve with cream.
