Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Velveeta
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 dashes Tabasco
1/4 tsp. bell pepper
1 lb. hot sausage
11 oz. (one 8 oz. and one 3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried chipped beef, shredded
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
crackers to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cream cheese and milk, blending until completely smooth.
Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, garlic pepper and ginger.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour beef mixture into a glass pie plate or shallow baking dish.
In a small skillet, saute nuts in butter until thoroughly glazed.
Sprinkle nuts over beef mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve hot with crackers.
Yields 12 to 15 servings.
