Shrimp And Crabmeat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    8 oz. jar pimento, drained
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 frozen pkg. half and half of shrimp and crabmeat, thawed
Preparation
    Cut bread in half lengthwise.
    Hollow out each to about 1/4-inch.
    Mix all the ingredients and stuff into the bread.
    Wrap in foil and chill until firm.
    Slice.
