Crab Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crabmeat
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 egg
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    black pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in margarine.
    In mixing bowl, blend herb seasoning, crabmeat, egg, catsup, mayonnaise and pepper.
    Add green pepper, onion and celery.
    Mix well.
    Roll into small balls.
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place balls on cookie sheet.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
