Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 box vanilla wafers
    pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Beat in eggs until fluffy.
    Put 1 whole vanilla wafer into paper cupcake liner and fill 1/2 to 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
    Place a dollop of pie filling on top.
    Makes 14 to 16.
