Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated cheese (6 oz.)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 unbaked pie shell
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
3/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion and green pepper.
Grate cheese and mix with flour.
Stir in bacon, onion and green pepper. Spread in bottom of pie shell.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake on top of a cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and filling is set.
Serves 6.
This can be made ahead of time.
Freezes well, cooked or uncooked.
