Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2/3 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (4 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in one egg at a time.
Add baking powder to flour and add alternating with milk to creamed mixture.
Stir in flavoring and coconut. Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
