Georgia Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs
4 tsp. maple flavoring (crescent Mapleine flavoring)
1 c. pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.
Pour into greased and floured oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake about 50 minutes at 250\u00b0.
Let cool in pan on wire rack, then slice.
