Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 can fruit cocktail with juice
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine eggs and brown sugar in large bowl, mixing well.
    Add fruit cocktail.
    Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.
    Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Mix butter, sugar, pecans, milk and coconut in saucepan.
    Boil for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Pour over warm cake.
