Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 c. blueberries
cinnamon, sugar and melted butter
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar by hand.
Add eggs and blend well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Cream until smooth.
Add blueberries; blend well.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch buttered pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 45 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven; brush with butter.
Serve hot or cold. Yields 15 large servings.
May be topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
