Wild Rice-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix
1 lb. mild sausage
1 can or jar mushrooms
1 small jar pimientos
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small onion, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Brown sausage and cook onion with sausage; drain.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
