Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 envelope jalapeno corn bread mix
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except cheese.
    Spread cheese on top just before baking.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 in 2 medium (1 1/2-quart) baking dishes (which have been greased) for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes two 1 1/2-quart dishes and freezes well.
