English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans small green peas (1 lb. size)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
mayonnaise (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation

Drain
peas.
Mix all ingredients (being careful not to break sliced eggs).
Chill well before serving.
(Best chilled overnight so flavors can blend.)
