Zucchini Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. zucchini, diced small

Preparation

In a large bowl, blend the first 10 ingredients.
Add the zucchini.
Pour into a round cake pan.
Do not grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
