Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp. Flour
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    1 lb. Lean Pork
    3 Tbsp. Fat
    3 Green Peppers, cut in 1-inch slices
    Boiling Water
    1/2 c. Pineapple Juice
Preparation
    Make a batter with the first four ingredients.
    Then cut the pork into 1 inch cubes and dip into the batter.
    Brown in the fat. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Boil green peppers and then drain.
    Add to meat with 1/2 cup pineapple chunks.
    Combine and cook 2 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
