Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    4 c. sliced onions
    2 cans condensed bouillon beef broth
    1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until onions are soft.
    Transfer to large saucepan. Add bouillon and 3 cans water, seasoning and parsley.
    Bring to a boil; lower heat and cover.
    Let simmer about 20 minutes.
    Roughly grate hard cheese.
    Serve soup in heated bowls or mugs and pass cheese and croutons.
